Over the Line Art’s pushcart has a few tasks to accomplish:
The exterior is an advertisement
It has to hold about 300 lbs of equipment.
Has to be on wheels for quick relocation
Have a limited foot print
to not obstruct foot traffic
Have enough table space to showcase caricature accessories
(i.e. mats, frames & tubes)
Be able to safely transport inventory
In order to accomplish this job I modified a standard utility to cart, attached doors, and attached vinyl di-bond to the exterior. Since the top has to carry two 50lb umbrella bases, I didn’t want the dibond to get ruined or scratched. I designed a removable vinyl ‘skirt cover’ to be rolled away between use.
